Director Dealings

The Director Dealings page provides a rolling 12 months total of all director transactions. These are categorised as Purchases, Sales and Other Transactions (which includes exercise and sale of options, dividends re-invested and transfers).

This includes additional transaction details such as: PEP - Personal Equity Plan; PSS - Profit sharing scheme; SAYE - Save as you Earn; SIS - Staff incentive scheme; Spouse - Transaction on behalf of spouse; SPS - Share participation scheme and SSS - Share save scheme.
